Dr. Brian Arthur, DC, MSc 2015 Recipient: Award of Excellence - British Columbia Chiropractic Association.

I like people and I am passionate about patients’ orthopaedics, health and wellness. I aim to provide expert diagnoses and treatment programs to establish long lasting recoveries. By thoroughly explaining the nature of problems, advising on how to avoid future ones and prescribing exercise, I feel that I positively impact patients’ long-term health trajectories. I am also enthusiastic about core flexibility. Scientific evidence suggests that having core flexibility slows spinal degeneration and arthritis, which can begin as early as our mid-twenties. I am dedicated to making a difference for my patients and helping to rejuvenate their spine and joints.

Sarah is a Registered Massage Therapist and a 2016 graduate of the 3000-hour program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. With a long-standing interest in healing and whole-person wellness, she has also studied herbal medicine, nutrition, and Ayurveda, which continue to inform her thoughtful and integrative approach to care.

Sarah combines therapeutic and relaxation-based massage techniques to create treatments that are both effective and deeply restorative. Her sessions are designed to support recovery from acute, chronic, and postural conditions while calming the nervous system and reducing stress — an essential component of the healing process.

Her approach to massage therapy is grounded in a comprehensive understanding of the musculoskeletal system and a genuine passion for patient education. Sarah believes that sustainable results are achieved through collaboration, and she empowers patients with individualized home care exercises and practical guidance to support continued progress between treatments.

In addition to full-body therapeutic massage, Sarah offers therapeutic facial massage to address jaw tension, headaches, facial holding patterns, and stress-related tension in the face, neck, and head. Treatment may include external facial techniques as well as optional intra-oral (buccal) work, performed only with informed consent and when clinically appropriate.

Sarah particularly enjoys working with patients experiencing postural imbalances, headaches and migraines, myofascial trigger points, chronic pain, acute injuries, neurological conditions, women’s health concerns, and stress-related conditions. Her calm presence, joyful attitude, and inquisitive nature allow her to develop highly personalized treatment plans aligned with each patient’s unique needs and long-term wellness goals.

Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, and exploring her creative side through painting and drawing.
