Chiropractic

Chiropractic is a spectrum of (pain-free) evidence-base remedies for your joints, discs, and nerves. Techniques include spinal manipulative therapy (adjustments), mobilization, traction, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and cross-friction massage. Treatments often involve a combination of several of these, depending on your diagnosis.

I like people and I am passionate about patients’ orthopaedics, health and wellness. I aim to provide expert diagnoses and treatment programs to establish long lasting recoveries. By thoroughly explaining the nature of problems, advising on how to avoid future ones and prescribing exercise, I feel that I positively impact patients’ long-term health trajectories. I am also enthusiastic about core flexibility. Scientific evidence suggests that having core flexibility slows spinal degeneration and arthritis, which can begin as early as our mid-twenties. I am dedicated to making a difference for my patients and helping to rejuvenate their spine and joints.
