Direct Billing: We offer direct billing for most insurance plans. Coverage varies depending on your plan.

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee.
